Coach Kennedy

Coach Kennedy, also known as Coach K, serves as the football defensive coordinator, head track coach, and freshman basketball coach at University School. He joined the US faculty in 2015, also holding positions as assistant head football coach and Athletics Facilities & Equipment Manager at the upper school. Coach Kennedy was named Varsity Track and Field coach in 2020, following five years as an assistant coach for the team. A 14-year coaching veteran, he previously coached at Notre Dame Cathedral Latin and Ledgemont High School, and played state-championship football at Benedictine.
