Mrs. Beros is the Associate Head of School at University School, a role she has held since joining the faculty in 2011. She previously served as the Director of College Counseling, where she developed new initiatives such as the College Counseling Boot Camp. Her extensive career in education spans over 25 years, including teaching history and life skills at Laurel School. Mrs. Beros earned her B.S. in Education from Miami University and holds master's degrees from American University and Ursuline College. She is also a proud parent of a University School alumnus, Michael, Class of 2021.
